This past Sunday we handed out the Living Out Report at our West Monroe Campus. I will be at our Fairbanks campus this week telling you these stories and you will receive one as well. It’s this year’s annual report.
If you didn’t get it, you will get one in the mail in the coming days. However, you can take a look at it here.
I know when you look at it you may get overwhelmed with the numbers in there. These numbers represents just a part of the ministry of First West.
Today I want to talk just a few minutes about what do these numbers mean.
1) These numbers represent people. People are what make First West tick. People are the ones who are serving around the church. People are the ones who are entering our worship centers to gather. People are the ones who came saw a helicopter drop 40,000 eggs. Numbers mean people, and people make a difference.
2) Numbers represent life change. We celebrated last week the numbers of growth taking place at our Fairbanks Campus. People are plugging in and committing to our body. 193 people this year have identified themselves through believers baptism. It is great seeing people taking their next steps in their faith journey. We should celebrate life change.
These numbers are the product of your giving. Giving to the church is an act of worship and obedience to God. Let me encourage you to be a faithful giver.
