Join us as we work together to become more connected to Jesus. We'll have special guests join us for prayer, worship, and teaching on what it means to be renewed by the overwhelming presence of God.

We'll meet each night at 6:00 p.m. at the West Monroe Campus Worship Center.

Childcare is available for children through 5th grade on Monday and Tuesday. On Wednesday, childcare will be available for children through 3rd grade. To RSVP for childcare:

Ed Litton will teach us how we can go about Preparing for Renewal.

Ed serves as lead pastor of Redemption Church in Mobile, Alabama.  He began ministry as a church planter in Arizona where he and his wife, Tammy, planted Mountain View Baptist Church, in 1987.  In 1994, God directed them to First Baptist North Mobile. Ed, his family, and the entire church family suffered a devastating loss when Tammy was suddenly killed, in an automobile accident, in 2007.

A new life chapter began when Ed married Kathy Ferguson, a pastor’s wife who suffered a similar loss. God began to direct them to see disciple making as the real imperative of The Great Commission and the church relaunched, as Redemption Church, in September 2015. Today Redemption Church has two locations in North and West Mobile and is planting churches in New York City, Cleveland, Ohio, Denver, and Las Vegas.

Close to Ed’s heart is his involvement on the steering committee of The Pledge Group—a lay and clergy group of the greater Mobile area--who are actively working to "shrink the divide" across racial and denominational lines toward unity in Christ.

Bill Elliff, pastor of The Summit Church in Little Rock, Arkansas will help our church to understand what it means to Experience Renewal.

Bill is a fourth generation pastor who has served in ministry for over 45 years. He has pastored in Arkansas, Texas, and Oklahoma. Bill traveled for several years with Life Action ministries and is a frequent conference and revival speaker.

Bill is passionate about the presence of Christ, believing that if you have Him, you have all that matters and lasts.

Jeff Wallace will show us how to go about Pursuing Renewal.

Jeff is currently serving on the Student Leadership University Team as the Executive Director of the LIFT Tour and Youth Pastor Summit.  He is also affectionately known as our Chief Hope Officer. Jeff is nationally known as an urban ministry communicator, innovator, and leader. His straight-forward, illustrative and in your face style of communication has impacted the lives of thousands of students and youth leaders around the world.  His transparency, compassion for others, passion for students, love for ministry, and experience makes him an asset to the body of Christ and to leaders looking to take their ministry to the next level and beyond the box. He understands the importance of being a balanced communicator by having an inspirational and creative delivery to capture and captivate the audience in which he is speaking to.

For the previous 20 years Jeff has served as Pastor of Youth Development at Peace Baptist Church in Decatur, Georgia, where he oversaw all of the children, student, and young adult programming and then he transitioned to the role of Executive Pastor at Peace Baptist.  Jeff is also the Founder of FrontLine Urban Resources, Inc., which is an organization that provides resources and trainings to help leaders engage an evolving generation of families as well as teaching them how to redefine and reshape their traditional views of urban culture.  Jeff received his undergraduate education from Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia and he is in the process of completing his M.Div. from Indiana Wesleyan University.  Following the completion of the M.Div. program, Jeff has plans to pursue his PhD

Jeff has produced several resources designed to empower and equip youth leaders, parents, and students in urban environments. He is the author of “Urban Ministry from Start to Finish”, co-author of “Everybody’s Urban”, “Urban LIVE curriculum”, “The Skinny on Communication” and “99 Things Every Guy Should Know”. He is a writer in the Simple Truth Bible and a contributor in Reggie Joiner’s “Creating a Lead Small Culture” book.  Jeff enjoys doing life with his wife Quovadis and three boys, Jeffrey, Christopher, and Cameron.
