Podcasts listed on the Current Message page as well as in the Message Archives can be downloaded and listened to individually if you do not wish to subscribe to the podcast.
To have Itunes automatically upload the latest podcasts from First West when you open Itunes, subscribe to the podcast. Once subscribed, every time you open iTunes, the program will automatically (or manually depending on your settings) begin downloading the latest podcasts from First West.
